ABOUT THE POSITION
In this role you will
● Manage the timely delivery to customers of high quality products
● Develop a comprehensive annual operating plan and once approved, communicates effectively, successfully executes the plan, and delivers the desired results
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champions related operating culture
● Leads all efforts (and by example) to provide highest levels of safety and environmental performance
● Develop and inspire a workforce to achieve maximum employee utilization and satisfaction, and periodically measures the effectiveness
● Manage materials supply chain to insure timely deliveries, acceptable inventory
